Fleet Management System with Driver Identification
Driver Identification allows the company administrator to monitor drivers identity and work time. All driver activity is recorded and can be viewed "real-time" on Coolasia client systems by the company administrator. The i-button is a hardware like the size of a keychain. As soon as the driver use his i-button to make contact with the reader inside the vehicle, the driver i-Button identifies exactly who is at the wheel. In applications where vehicles can have multiple drivers, it can be very important to know exactly who was driving and when. Reports that can be generated from i-button usage includes driver timesheet, idling time, driving time, over-speed, stop time for the day/week/month showing time started/finished/driving and allowing the company to ensure working time directive compliance. RFID may be employed as alternative solution.
