2. Set Rules, who to alert and what methods
After setting up the geo-fencing enclosures, administrator then can set rules on how the vehicle should activate the alarm, sending warnings to assigned recipients and the methods of alarm such as console warning, SMS alerts or email alerts.

Under the warning console, administrator is able to know crucial information of events such as date/time on which vehicles cross geo-fencing areas. When that happens, alarm is activated and geo-fencing event is then recorded. Coolasia system will send SMS and/or emails to assigned recipients of the event.
