We are in the business of car parts distribution. We had difficulties assigning jobs to our drivers because we did not know where they were and what they were doing. We tried calling each drivers to find out their locations and not every driver pick up the phone! When we receive an order to deliver, we had to cope with an increasing list of drivers by calling them and ask if they can take up the assignment.
