Improve fleet performance through vehicle tracking system
ATS is a award winner of Singapore SME 500. The company is one of the leading construction company in government building projects. The company has a large fleet of vehicles comprises of vans, lorries such as 10-footers, 14-footers lorries and dump trucks.
In order to to improve our fleet performance, Coolasia Technology was selected as the vendor for implementing fleet management system on our fleet. The management would like to evaluate the number of trips each dump trucks makes per day and the period of each session. Coolasia tracking solution worked on this customization which allows our team to review our fleet's level of utilization.
As a project manager, my job was to manage the fleet and dispatch the drivers with our daily operation . With Coolasia tracking system, my job become easier as i can monitor them from both my laptop and phone. I was able to react to last-minute changes easily, which was difficult previously as i do not know my fleet's immediate locations.

We tried calling each drivers to find out their locations and not every driver pick up the phone! We need an affordable tracking solution for our car rental fleets
We are into the business of car rental in Singapore. We have to constantly monitor our vehicles to prevent theft and prohibit hirers from unauthorized driving overseas such as Malaysia due to motor insurance policies.
It was time to renew our 2-years contract with our ex-tracking solution provider. However we find that their services were too expensive to continue.
