GPS Devices Rental Terms & Condition (Important)
1. A refundable deposit of $400 for each gps unit/software is required for the rental of the gps units and software.
2. Due to limited stock units, reservation is on a first-come-first-serve basis. A booking fee of $50 is required for dates confirmation. Phone reservation will not be valid unless booking fees are placed.
3. Customers are urged to check the conditions of the gps unit and look out for any scratches or dents before collection of loan sets. Likewise, customers are urged to check that the software is functioning before signing off the sets. Customers are requested to return the rental units/software in pre-rental condition (ie. scratch-free and functional condition) after the loan period.
4. Cool Asia reserves the rights to reject loan units/ software if they are found to be mal-functioning, with scratches, broken etc. Cool Asia reserves the rights to withhold the some and/or full deposit for compensation for loss of future rental income.
